Cybercrime Rok foundation is a Registered trust under the Mumbai public trust act. We got a registration certificate in August 2024. Prior to, it was known as “Cybercrime Rok”. Cybercrime rok was launched in 2012 in Mumbai by Mr. Shailesh Jaria & Mr. Vinith Jain with an intention to create an awareness to millions of mobile and Internet Users on how to stay safe online from various Cyber-crimes like Email Hacking, Phishing, Smishing, Vishing, Online Frauds, Credit / Debit card Frauds, Shopping Frauds, Fake Online Lottery, Email Frauds, Cheating, Pornography, Blackmailing, Harassment, Cyberstalking, Fake Identity, Identity Theft, Data Theft, Password Stealing, Piracy, Copyright, Mobile Hacking, Ponzi Fraud, Cloning, Fake Image or Morphing, Cyberterrorism, 4-1-9 Scams, Malicious Software, Fake / Negative Publicity, UPI frauds, Sextortion, Online Job fraud, Matrimonial Frauds, Dating App Frauds, Cyber Sucide, Cyber Murders, etc. As we know, cyber criminals are taking advantage of the lack of awareness of users and with the help of the latest technology, they are able to target victims easily.
Our activities include hosting cybersecurity workshops, providing resources for victims of cybercrime, and collaborating with law enforcement agencies to combat the rising tide of digital threats. We believe in fostering a safer internet for everyone.
